Notes

 

  1. Cost is HK$ 400 for live in participation and HK$ 200 for day participation (all meals), and HK$ 100 for Saturday participation (2 meals). Please pay in cash upon registration. Kindly bring the exact amount.
  2. There are very limited parting spaces (4 spots only). If possible car pool or arrive via taxi / public transport
  3. Bring your own towels, toiletries, and personal items. There are shared washrooms, so bring a pair of slippers to go from your room to the washrooms.
  4. There are 10 double rooms and 3 quadruple rooms. So we can accommodate 32 people. If you are willing to share and have a room partner, kindly inform Andrew N by e-mail ASAP
  5. There is  no smoking within the building, but smoking is possible on the lawns and sitting area outside
  6. No eating or drinking in meeting rooms except for water
  7. The Maryknoll fathers live in the premises and there are areas marked Private. Please respect that these areas are off-limits
  8. Kindly maintain silence within the building. Avoid talking loudly and use of cell phones. Also refrain from bringing computers.
  9. Please note that we are required to clean up and reset the table after each meal. We will organize groups to take responsibility for this.
  10. We will plan to check out at 12 noon after the AA meeting on Sunday.
